1Ujimaa Codes of Conduct
Ujimaa's Nine Codes of Conduct ("9COC") are designed to be an effective value based plan to assist students to exhibit discipline, integrity, and productive goal setting. Suitable for all ages, when the student applies these principles to her/his academic, work, or personal life, the result of Ujimaa's 9COC will encourage positive and proactive change in all areas of self.
2BAM Mentorship
The BAM Mentoring team will act as support staff to give teachers and students resources needed to achieve academic success. Through value based activities, workshops, and mentoring, students will cultivate the desire to take accountability for his/her own educational and personal development.
3Our Programs
The Ujimaa After School Program (USAP) will facilitate a comprehensive agenda that will promote academic support, recreational and physical activity, and a range of enrichment activities. The UASP staff will promote life skills daily, and serve as mentors to all participating students to help encourage highly functional social skills that will assure future success.
